français VISION:
The ultimate goal of the Conference is to meet the needs and alleviate the
suffering of people with inflammatory joint diseases. The Conference will focus
on rheumatoid arthritis, juvenile arthritis and spondyloarthritis.
OBJECTIVES:
- To provide an opportunity for the Institute of
Musculoskeletal Health and Arthritis, the Canadian Arthritis Network and The
Arthritis Society to consult with consumers, policy makers, public agencies,
national and international researchers and industry regarding priority
national research themes that can lead to improved identification,
understanding and management of early inflammatory arthritis
- To educate multiple stakeholders on the scope of
current research in inflammatory joint diseases in Canada and globally
- To develop the Canadian research agenda in
inflammatory joint diseases
- To identify the unique qualities, opportunities and resources that offer
Canada a strategic niche in the global scene of arthritis research
